SpaceXY is BGaming's rocket crash game, launched in January 2022 with a top multiplier of x10,000. Some of its key facts come from BGaming itself and some only from review sites, and the sources openly disagree on whether it is provably fair. This page shows which source says what and where the gaps are.

The 10,000x ceiling comes from BGaming's own launch announcement. The 97% RTP and the 250,000 cap come from review sites, because we could not load a BGaming-owned product page to confirm them. This site uses 97% and 10,000x.

What the XY chart shows

SpaceXY was BGaming's first crash game. The rocket travels across a chart where the horizontal axis is elapsed time and the vertical axis is the multiplier, so the line you see is simply the multiplier rising from 1.00x. At a random point the rocket flies away. Any bet still open at that moment is lost; a bet cashed out earlier, by hand or by its auto cash-out, pays stake times the multiplier at the exit.

Provably fair: the sources disagree

This is the one area where we cannot give a firm answer. Crash Games Guide describes a SHA-256 two-seed system; TopCrashGames says the game is not provably fair and relies on a certified random number generator; BGaming's launch announcement mentions neither. Check the rules or fairness panel inside your casino's version of the game before relying on either claim.

If your version does show a hash, Crash Games Guide describes the check like this:

Step 1. Before the round, note the SHA-256 hash of the server seed that the game displays, and your own client seed.

Step 2. After the round, take the server seed that is now revealed, hash it with SHA-256, and confirm the result matches the hash from Step 1. A match shows the seed was not swapped mid-round.

Step 3. Recomputing the crash point itself needs the formula that turns seeds into a multiplier. We did not find that formula published by BGaming, so this step depends on what the in-game panel provides.

The same source notes that verification covers only the crash multiplier, not your stakes or when an auto cash-out fired.

97% and the 250,000 limit

Across a very large number of bets, 97 of every 100 units staked come back and 3 are kept. The edge applies to every target equally: under this RTP about 48.5% of rounds reach 2x and about 0.0097% reach 10,000x. The cash cap matters more than the multiplier ceiling at higher stakes. At a stake of 25, 10,000x is exactly 250,000; at a stake of 100, the cap is hit at 2,500x, so anything above that pays no extra. The SpaceXY RTP article goes further into the numbers.

Figures you may see elsewhere

  • Some reviews list the RTP as 96% or 96.5%. Neither appears in BGaming's launch material.
  • A few pages give the ceiling as 20,000x or 5,000x instead of x10,000.
  • Higher "optimal target" RTPs quoted for particular cash-out levels are not official. Crash Games Guide's own table of chances follows the flat 97% at every target, including 5x.
  • Reviews disagree on volatility, calling it medium or high.

Where this site's numbers come from

The results, records and dataset on this site are generated by a model of the published 97% RTP with a 10,000x cap. They are not recorded from any casino. The methodology page explains how the model works.
